Jennifer Bennett-Cascun

Jennifer Bennett-Cascun is a dual qualified Physiotherapist and Accredited Exercise Physiologist at Asquith Health. She also consults at our Dural and Mt Kuring-Gai clinics. She has a special interest in helping people to recover from shoulder, knee, and foot injuries. She can also help people with diabetes, hypertension, osteoporosis, and sports specific strength and conditioning programs.

Jennifer Bennett-Cascun

Jennifer is a dual qualified female Physiotherapist and Accredited Exercise Physiologist at Asquith Health, who completed her training at the University of Sydney. She also consults at our Mt Kuring-Gai and Dural clinics.

She has a special interest in helping people with shoulder (rotator cuff tears, tendinopathy, bursitis, frozen shoulder), knee (ligament and meniscus tears, osteoarthritis, patellofemoral pain), and ankle and foot injuries (ankle sprains, tendon problems). As an Exercise Physiologist, Jennifer can also help people with diabetes, hypertension, osteoporosis, falls prevention, and sports specific strength and conditioning programs so people can return to sport safely after injuries.

Being a first grade soccer player herself, Jennifer understands the pressures that injuries can have on athletes. She is passionate about teaching people to take a preventative approach to injury, and encourages all her patients to be proactive and use special injury prevention  programs so they can spend more time enjoying sports.
